If you are considering having Bedrock Pools build your project and you live within our home market area (Houston & Austin), then we DO NOT charge for our designs if you are considering having Bedrock Pools Build your project, however, we only let you keep the designs if you contract with us. Please understand that we have devoted our lives to this design process and we spend countless hours coming up with one of a kind mind blowing designs to meet your criteria so we can’t just give them away.

Many builders that you may be thinking of having bid the project may not have the creativity or experience to come up with something that really expresses your needs and desires. It takes a special talent to understand your needs, your taste and create a design that fits within your environment like an extension of your living area. Many builders scratch out their sketches based on the cheapest way to build rather than considering harmony, flow and efficiency and taking into consideration how you really use your yard and the soothing and aesthetical environment.

WHAT WE OFFER
We will design your pool/spa environment putting great detail into aesthetics and functionality by doing the following:

1. Interview you by phone (or internet if you prefer). We will pepper you with many questions to get a better feel and understanding of how you will be using your backyard, the kind of entertaining you might be doing in the future, your physical abilities and the things you love.
2. We will design and present (by internet) a color scale drawing (topographical view)
3. Once you have reviewed the drawing we will confer with you and make modifications as needed or start a completely new re-draft per your request.
4. A maximum of three (3) revisions or re-drafts are included
TOTAL COST FOR THIS SERVICE $775.00

Upon receipt and clearance of your payment we will contact you to begin the design process.

Terms of our Paid Design Service:

Specific Details of what we will be providing to you:

We will email you a completed design of your pool and/or spa including decking and water features if a part of your design criteria. The design will be presented in 1/8” = 1’-0” scale. The design is for the purposes of a general lay-out, artistic look and aesthetics only. You will not be receiving a schematic on “how to build” or any engineering specifications. The idea is that you will use our design to obtain bids from a licensed and qualified builder that will use our design as a guideline in preparing a bid for you. We do not use stock or pre existing designs. Your design will be custom and made just for you. We do, however, retain ownership of the design which means that you are free to use it for the purposes of having a builder follow our design to create the designed products for you but you may not re-sell the design to others without our express written authorization. This design service is by internet/email only. There are no on-site visits from the designer. An on-site visit is available at an additional charge. If you are interested in an on-site visit then you must get a quote from us but it will be in addition to the $775.00 design fee charged.

We will do our best to follow the setback requirements and restrictions that govern your region, however, we will be relying upon the restrictions that you provide to us including, but not limited to, city building restrictions, Home Owner’s Rules and Regulations, Deed Restrictions, etc. We, in no way, guarantee that what we design can be built in your property. You and/or your builder are required to obtain any and all permission as required by the applicable governmental and regulatory agencies.

You agree that the limit of our liability is the money you have paid us for the design. You hereby hold harmless bedrockpools.com, Bedrock Pools LP, its designers and affiliates from any damages whatsoever.

Additional Services:

On-site visit and evaluation by our designer is available for an additional charge. The cost for this service will need to be quoted for you.
