Q: How do I actually go about buying a pool? What is the process?
A: The process is relatively quick, easy and fun! The first step is to set an appointment with a Bedrock designer. The designer will spend time with you to better understand your needs so we can draft color renderings for you to review. Once you fall in love with the design and concept we take care of all the paperwork, technical drawings, hydraulics, engineering and permits, as required, then we begin building your dream pool. Q: How do I go about getting financing for my pool?
A: You can get 100% financing with no money down (O. A. C.) at some of the lowest rates ever simply by clicking on the financing page, and submitting the form. You will get an answer with the rate and term options right away. There are other options for financing you might want to consider. If you are currently buying or building a new home you may be able to add the pool cost right into your first mortgage using one loan for the house and the pool. You may wish to contact us for the necessary paperwork in order to complete this transaction. You may also apply right at your own bank or credit union.

Q: How long will it take to build a Bedrock Pool?
A: A Bedrock Pool is a work of art and can vary from project to project. On average, a Bedrock Pool will take more than twice as long as the old style everyday boring pool. Usually, in excess of twelve weeks or more.

Q: Should I wait until the building of my new home has been completed before I start building the pool?
A: No! Normally, we build the pool together with your new home so they are completed about the same time. It is preferable to build your pool at the same time as you home so that we can integrate the pool computer system directly into your home, running the wires and cables though the walls before they close them up. Also, You can save a significant cost by running the required power, water and gas piping for the pool together with the house. We would coordinate this directly with your home builder.

Q: Do I have to be at home while my pool is being built?
A: For the most part you do not have to be there. There are a few critical phases of construction that we request your participation. Those phases involve the sculpting and artistry when we will actually be able to mold the underwater seating to the shape of your body for a perfect comfortable fit and since art work is always a work in progress we would love for you to let us know what pleases you so we can accommodate your every wish.

Q: What do I do with my dogs during construction?
A: We will coordinate and work with you, your family and pets to make sure they are not inconvenienced. This may include temporarily fencing off a portion of the yard so your pets will have a place to play.
