The pricing for a pool and spa can vary greatly since each one is custom designed and fitted for what it needs to perform perfectly. Another factor in determining pricing is geography. If you live outside our home market place, the greater Houston or Austin regions, your pricing is going to be higher.

Here are some general guidelines to help you decide if a Bedrock Pool is right for you. Keep in mind all the prices listed below reflect that all Bedrock Pools, Spas and Decking are crafted to look like natural rock formations and archeological exhibits. We craft every area above and below water.

HOUSTON: BASED ON THE GREATER HOUSTON, TEXAS REGION ONLY:

There are other factors that can increase the cost of a Bedrock pool including some of the following design ideas:

• Cave or swim under grotto
  Volcano or fire features
  Swim through tunnels
  Suspended bridges
  Restricted or unusually tight construction access.

Generally speaking, in our home market areas our pools start at $39,800 and, in some cases, go into the many hundreds of thousands.

AUSTIN: IF YOU LIVE IN THE AUSTIN AND SURROUNDING REGION:

The cost to build in Austin is higher than in Houston, primarily due to the higher costs of raw materials and the difficult ground conditions. The Austin area usually contains underground rock that has to be jack-hammered out to make room for the pool as well as all the underground utility trenches. While this is not the case all the time, it is prevalent enough to be a pricing consideration. Also, the general topography (hillsides) incurs additional cost to build upon.

We build in most areas throughout the continental U.S. and would be happy to evaluate and estimate your project. Please understand that sometimes we are booked to capacity and during those times we might only consider an unusual or very interesting project that percolates our artistic nature.

INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS (starting at $500,000.00 U.S.D.)

We receive many requests and invitations to design and bid projects throughout the world. Pricing for your project, anywhere in the world, will depend on the availability of raw materials, shipping routes, geological conditions in your region and current tax treaties in place between the U.S. and the country where you would like our services performed. We will be happy to evaluate and research your region and estimate costs for you.
